Welcome to the website of Panhellenic Omega Consumers’ Union (PEKO) and ISONOMIAS


A.M.K.E. (Civil Non-Profit Company) ISONOMIA was created as a response to the foul play system and is the starting point for many good collective legal actions.
All our legal remedies and actions will be carried out under the legal umbrella of the newly established A.M.K.E. ISONOMIA, until the formal part of the establishment of the Panhellenic Omega Consumers Union (PEKO) is completed.

ACTIONS

Our actions as CONSUMER ASSOCIATION and ISONOMIA, according to the Greek laws, Greek Constitution, European law and international laws are focused on:

COLLECTIVE LEGAL MEASURES

Collective legal measures until final vindication (group lawsuits, group compensation lawsuits, etc.) but ALWAYS IN GROUPS. This action also includes the European courts and especially Strasbourg

ORGANISED AWARENESS

Prompt for action:

  • Do not vote in the next elections due to absolute election fraud
  • Be very cautious with fake news and manipulated information. Avoid the hateful propaganda

There is a great urgency for citizens to inform and communicate the facts to the whole world for awareness

ORGANIZED DISOBEDIENCE

Prompt for organized people’s disobedience

  • Everyone, should stop paying the illegal and unconstitutional overwhelming taxes and bills like energy bills and ENFIA
  • Everyone to stop paying illegal and unconstitutional fines of any kind
  • Everyone to stop obey the imposed health procedures (vaccines, self test) and not to wear face covers

Urge everyone to take ACTIONS, especially the OBVIOUS AND LEGAL ones

RESIGNATION OF POLITICIANS

Urging the political parties to resign from parliament in order to stop the ongoing crime. So far no political party resigned due to corruption and this emphasizing the fact that from the onset all the parties in parliament form a single criminal organization, based on their actions and results.

Anything else legal, self-evident and legitimate to end the criminal organization activities once and for all

PROCESS

  1. Read and promptly follow the simple instructions for lawsuits or compensation lawsuits (corresponding menu on our website)
  2. Make a power of attorney to our lawyer or the ISONOMIA manager with your original signature (electronically or in person)
  3. Pay for your participation in legal actions (lawsuit, compensation lawsuit)
  4. Contact our team to register your details
  5. Mail your authorizations or other documents to one of our offices. E-mail our lawyer with your authorization and details (only in the lawsuit/compensation lawsuit against banks)
  6. Communicate and share our actions around the world (the most important action of all)

ATTENTION: 29-4-2020 The gov.gr system has changed the procedure/steps for issuing the electronic authorization/responsible statement and requests a certified mobile phone number. In addition to your personal access codes to gov.gr or Taxisnet you must also have an electronic banking service (e-Banking) to be able to complete the electronic authorization process. The instructions have been rewritten and reflect the reality.
